KeraFlux™ plates

Ceramic support plates for oil/gas reservoir analysis: resistivity and capillary pressure measurements. Standard thickness: 5 mm, diameter: 38.1 mm (1.5"), oil-wet and water-wet versions.  Other properties on request.

Ceramic porous support plates

Isotropic, porous ceramic support plates.  Made of alumina with pore sizes: 1µm - 50µm.

Plates are delivered in disk shape, rectangular shape or customer specified shape. Plates can be used for membrane applications and as host material for ceramic matrix composites (CMC).

New applications are fuel cell and battery bipolar plates.

Laboratory filters and membranes

Supported, ceramic, flat filters for laboratory use. 

Filters contain an alumina support with membranes of alumina, titania or zirconia.  Pore sizes can be chosen between 4 nm to 1 µm.

The filters can be used for sterile filtration, high-tempersture applications, cryogenic (-273°C) applications, and for membrane emulsification.

Thick tape production

Production of thick, customer specified green ceramic tape.  Thickness can be selected between 0.5 mm and 10 mm.
